To make sure that each patient gets individual attention, we set aside dedicated time for each appointment. If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, we request that you provide us with 24 hours notice.

At thegallery we have a specific policy we adhere to in order to control short notice cancelled appointments;

1. First short notice cancellation, no fee will be charged but it will be recorded on your notes.
2. Second short notice cancellation, there will be a charge, which will be 50% of your treatment costs.
3. Third short notice cancellation, the charge incurred will be the full cost of the treatment. 

We understand that occasionally illness or emergencies occur and your may not be able to give as much notice in those instances.
