The principal, Dr. Selvaraj Balaji With links to the world-renowned implant surgeon Dr. Hilt Tatum and having attended various acclaimed courses across the world, Dr. Balaji is particularly skilled in implantology as well as sinus and bone grafts. Complementary skills in general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, facial rejuvenation and treatment for nervous patients have been developed through rigorous and extensive training. Dr. Balaji's high level of training has not stifled further development, with time and commitment constantly being invested into new skills. His enrolment on the Diploma in Restorative Dentistry (FGDP) with the Royal College of Surgeons (England) is a clear example. |

Kate Barker Kate spent over ten years working as a dental nurse before embarking on her training to become a dental hygienist. She qualified with merit from the Eastman Dental Hospital, London, in June 2006. Kate works in private dentistry and has special interests in the treatment of periodontal disease. She regularly attends training courses to update her knowledge and skills, particularly in specialised areas such as dental implants and non-surgical periodontal therapy. Kate offers a professional, friendly and reassuring approach when caring for her patients and always puts the needs of her patients first, helping them to achieve a healthy, happy smile! |

Annie Allonby-Briggs Annie originally trained as a Dental Therapist, carrying out dental treatment on children in the local community. She went on to train as a hygienist in Birmingham dental hospital in the early 1980s as she wanted to be able to give care to a greater section of the community. This valuable experience and training has given Annie a gentle and sympathetic approach especially with nervous patients. Annie regularly attends training courses to update her knowledge. Her particular interests are in tooth whitening and preventative care to help her patients attain their perfect smile |

Sarah Taylor our Practice Manager Comes from a background in accounting, but has worked in dental administration since 2000. She is a great believer in teamwork and personal development, encouraging staff to attend training courses and attain further qualifications. |

Bil Hassan our Head Nurse Bil began dental nursing in 2002. Bil has an interest in continuing professional development, as shown by the many courses she attends and qualifications that she has achieved. Bil has lived in Buckingham for the past 20 years and is a well known member of the community. |

Kath Bennett our Head Receptionist Originally from Zimbabwe, Kath has a background in book keeping and general administration duties. She has been working as a dental receptionist for many years. She has a natural ability for making nervous people smile, |
